Seafood Spaghetti

Adequate maternal intake during pregnancy omega -3 (Omega-3) fatty acids also help the fetal brain development. During the daily meal, the source of omega-3 fatty acids usually are from fish product, but also keep in mind the amount of mercury in the fish. Avoid eating large deep-sea fish such as shark, swordfish and mackerel and other types of high mercury content. Nutritionists recommend that pregnant women can eat about 12 ounces per week (about 3 meals per week) of shrimp and salmon. But keep in mind Sashimi or raw salmon contain a lot of bacteria, cooked thoroughly before eating is recommended for pregnant women, to protect from infection!

 

 

 

ingrediantIngrediants Directions :

Spinach(cooked) 1/2cup

1.

Blanch spinach with water, drain and chop finely.

Shrimp 30g

2.

Marinate shrimp and salmon with salt and pepper, blanch in boiling water, drain and cut into cubes.

Salmon 30g

3.

Put all the above cooked ingredients into white sauce, bring to boil again.

Spaghetti(cook) 1cup

4.

Thick with cornstarch mix, and pour onto cooked.

White Sauce:   White Sauce Directions:

Canola oil 1tsp

1.

Heat oil in non-stick pan, cook onion until done.

Onions(chopped) 1tsp

2.

Add in bay leaf, salt, skim milk, cook until flavor developed.

Bay leaf 1pc

 

 

Salt small amount

 

 

Skim milk 1/2cup

 

 

Seasonings:

 

 

Salt small amount

 

 

Pepper small amount

 

 

Cornstarch Mix:

 

 

Cornstarch 1/2tsp
