Move & Play
No matter how old and how strong you are, you require your brain to coordinate your sensory, musculoskeletal and nervous system to allow you to move smoothly. If a fault occurs in your coordination, your movements would instantly fall into disarray. "Move and Play!" is an exciting and fun-filled exhibition packed with 20 groups of very challenging exhibits. The exhibits not only give you a chance to show to others your remarkable physical skills and a chance to test your body coordination skill, but also introduce to you the involved sensory and mental processes and hence enhance your knowledge about your different senses including sight, hearing, touch, proprioception and balance as well as the impact of physical exercise on your body. With the coincidence of the launch of FIFA World Cup in this summer, why not visit the exhibition while you enjoy the superb skills of football players. You can show off your skill by making a good kick or even pretend as a goalkeeper to block every football coming in your way. Other amazing exhibits include “Tightrope walking” that challenges your sense of balance, “Pulse adventure” that tests your body control capability, and “Disco donut” that challenges your reaction speed. Please remember to wear sneakers, socks and sportswear when you make your visit! Come and take an active part to enjoy science in this hot summer!
