Psychosocial Dysfunction & Bullying

Bullying is happen in school all the times. Through the observation, most of the victims have been routinely chosen who are lonely, vulnerable, and responsive. In a word simple, they are comparatively weakness in social skills. They could not give the suitable feedback or behaviour when they face the problems or situations.  

 

 

Bullying is a person who adopts the aggressive behavior to dominate or intimidate another one by force, threat or coercion. The behavior is often habitual, and the victim is being bullied repeated. This behavior is reflecting the imbalance of the social or physical power, included the verbal or physical, threaten or assault towards the victim.

Psychosocial relates to one’s psychological development which interacts with the social environment. Generally, a person always lack of awareness of his relationship with his environment. The problem is the psychosocial dysfunction or psychosocial morbidity because the lack of development or atrophy of the psychosocial self, alongside other problems, physical, emotional or cognitive. For example, in some situations, one to say something that he should not to say at that motion, sometime we have to behavior ourselves to fit that environment but he did not do that.

Psychosocial dysfunction is fixed by the long-term parenting problems, included the methods of coping with, wrong social techniques, method of releasing emotions, interactive methods of relationships, and the verbal or physical communication methods. Besides, the psychosocial dysfunctional person has quarreled amongst the siblings in the living style or other trivial matters. All of them could affect their cognitive and thinking development and direction; then, they will develop the “new”, but unsuitable behaviour to deal with the social environment.

If we have to do the therapeutic treatment for the psychosocial client, the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, both are the appropriate therapies. Certainly, there are other therapeutic treatments have been adopted. However, these methods have to be practiced experienced psychotherapist would elevate recover.  

To conclude, the unsuitable social behavior will trigger the person to bully another one. Indeed, bullying is another side of psychosocial dysfunction. The person who bullies another is reflecting that they could not have the suitable way to communicate with other, or release his emotions. Bullying is their only choice within their cognitive thinking, at that motion, at that time.
