This New Year’s Eve, join the throngs of cheering revellers along Hong Kong’s waterfront and usher in 2016 with a bang!

The radiant Victoria Harbour is the belle of the ball for Hong Kong’s spectacular New Year countdown. A party atmosphere will reign supreme as an eight-minute pyromusical display lights up the skies above the iconic Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

When the clock ticks down to midnight, you’ll want to have your viewing spot firmly staked out and your loved ones close as Victoria Harbour erupts in an eight-minute heart-pounding pyromusical.

As the hour strikes, watch as the brilliant 2016 display illuminates the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre! Fireworks and special effects will launch from Hong Kong’s waterfront and surrounding skyscrapers, lighting up the layers of the city skyline.

Wish Upon a Star

Make a wish upon a shooting star and get your new year off to a great start. Beginning at 11pm at 15-minute intervals, rooftops around the harbour will emit a series of ‘shooting stars’. So, when you see them, make a wish and it just might come true!
