See a UFO appeared in the park, do not make a fuss, it's probably just a "Ultimate" motion which called. This seemingly simple Ultimate, only a plastic dish, but have the skills to play with more energy.

The Hong Kong Ultimate Players Association (the “HKUPA”) in order to promote the sport and create some family fun in Hong Kong, recently working with the LCSD jointly organized 'Ultimate Fun Day for Family"to provide free basic training Ultimate movement to the all interests parties. The Fun Day was held in the 18 districts of Hong Kong hard indoor arena football or gym hall, which has a simple training, but also the parent-child activities.

Participants can learn some basic introductory techniques and play within one hour. Welcome children aged 6 or older to participate together with their parents, on condition that the participants shall be within the team for family members, at least two people, up to 4 people. In addition to basic training, but also a group stage; for more details, check with the LCSD.
