Sweet Fruit Milk Shake

Avocado - is the fruit of a fulfilling fruit, half of this fruit providing 8.6 grams of carbohydrates, 6.9 grams of fiber, compared to ordinary vegetables or fruit each contains only 4 grams fiber, it is regarded as a high-fiber fruit. Fibers help the intestinal digestion and stabilize blood sugar. Everyone need 25 grams of fiber per day, half of the avocado can be required to provide 27% of it daily!

 

Banana - produce a serotonin substance that helps growth in human brain, banana can make a person's mood became cheerful, and even reduce pain and depression, it is said to be consider as a "happy fruit".
