Dried conch 2-3 pcs 1. Soak dried yam and dried coach until tender and wash it clean
Dried yam 1oz 2. Wash it clean of rinse lean pork, wolfberry seed & red date (stoneless), scald and set aside
Wolfberry seed 1oz 3. Put in all the ingredients in pot with hot water, bring to boil and simmer for 3 hours. Seasons with salt and serve hot.
