Tips for prevention and care for baby teeth;
1. To avoid tooth decay in children, first of all do not develop the habit of drinking milk before bed and drink too much high in sugar beverages. After drinking milk or sweet beverages, drink clear water or brush teeth.
2. Recommended reducing the use of baby bottles after 1 year of age, use cup for drinking milk, this could help reduce the time milk stays in the mouth.
3. Feeding should not be too frequent, since saliva needs at least 45 minutes to neutralize the acidity of the mouth, if the feeding time period is too short between each meal, saliva have no sufficient time to neutralize the acid in the mouth which could lead to tooth decay.
4. Brushing should be sooner or later, and to be patient to teach children the correct method of brushing.
5. Regular dental check (once every 6-12 months).
