Avoid Excessive Caffeine for Pregnant Woman

Latest studies have shown that pregnant women is recommended the amount of caffeine intake dosage in one day should not exceed more than 200 milligrams of caffeine; equivalent to 2 cups of instant coffee, 4 cups of tea, 5 cans of coke or 5 rows chocolate. To avoid harm that may causes to the health of the fetus, pregnant women should reduce coffee consumption. The excessive intake of caffeine in pregnant women will cause the catecholamines release by the kidney to increase, vascular contraction will increase also which affect uterine placental blood circulation causing the fetus to die of suffocation. Excessive amount of caffeine will also pass through the placenta into the fetal blood circulation, direct effects the fetal heart rates which in turn caused by excessive speed or fetal heart rate is not aborted resulting in stillborn.

 

Also as a reminder to all the pregnant women, studies show coffee made brevage sold on the street have a higher levels of caffeine, such as a cup of milk coffee (latte) contains 240 milligrams of caffeine, more than a pregnant woman limit consumption per day.
 

Beside coffee brevages, a lot of bland food products such as chocolate, tea, carbonated drinks etc all contain caffeine content, in the breast-feeding time period, pregnant women should avoid excessive intake of caffeine, since baby can consume caffeine through the breast milk which could result in uneasy fussy mood, or even have the chance to produce hyperactivity and other abnormal behavior problems, in other words, what the mother intake thats what her baby will consume. So for the health of the infants, pregnant women may need to be patient or simply find other alternative brevages for the time being.
