Pregnant Yoga Demonstration: An Action of Soothing Edema
Legs up on the wall Function: Relieve Edema, Swollen feet and cramping issues Note: A pillow must put on the backward of waist, if the pregnant woman's belly is too big, will have to pay attention to the action of start and end. If there is any discomfort, feeling unable to continue, be sure to stop immediately, to avoid danger. * Any pregnancy age could do this exercise, but if feel too hard to continue, or feeling your waist is uncomfortable, at once stop please. * When doing any pregnant yoga movements, must have a mentor aside; if their own practice at home, should have an aged 18 or above to accompany.
